Just worked again with a past client of 10 years; they purchased a waterfront dream home renovation.

Dream homes are hard to come by in any market. People have an idea in their head, and (when shopping for a dream home) every must-have is a must-have. This market with low inventory makes checking EVERY box even harder. But, a good realtor can make it happen.

It was time for my past client of 10 years to leap into their forever home. And when you are shopping for a forever home, you have requirements. Fast forward to a week ago. My client was able to close on a fantastic property on the Hillsborough River. This pool home was perfect at 3,900 SQ FT with a dock, sea wall, double lot, and incredible views. The best part is everything is functional and ready for updates. This kept the price down and allowed our buyers to customize the new look to their style on their timeline.
